Recommendations for the care of stainless steel

Patina will develop over time anyway, here are some tips on how to minimize it. If you don't look for it, on the contrary.

Try to wipe off any water or grease from the surface as soon as possible before it dries. Wipe stainless steel in the direction of the grain, not perpendicularly.

We use natural Cleaning Concentrate from the Malinna brand for daily surface disinfection. We recommend a soft cloth (Microfiber) or kitchen towels for cleaning.
Do not use steel wool or other rough sponges that could scratch the surface. Do not use strong chemical cleaners that contain acids or ammonia.

If mineral deposits have already formed, you can use pure alcohol, diluted white vinegar with water, diluted citric acid/lemon juice, make a paste of baking soda, or special stainless steel cleaners. As a final touch that will polish the stainless steel, try a drop of olive oil on a kitchen towel and rub it over the entire surface.

If you want, you can give the products a polish after a few years.
