  • contacting the e-shop (e-mail, telephone),
  • newsletter subscription.

Typical data: name, surname, e-mail, telephone, billing and delivery address, company ID and VAT number (for B2B).

3. Purpose of processing personal data

We process personal data for the purpose of:

  1. Order processing (delivery of goods, invoicing, complaint handling),
  2. Informing about the status of the order and communication with the client,
  3. Marketing activities, if you agree to this (newsletter, promotions, offers),
  4. E-shop traffic analysis and service improvement.

4. Legal basis for processing

  • performance of the contract (order of goods),
  • fulfillment of legal obligations (accounting, tax documents),
  • consent of the data subject (for marketing activities),
  • legitimate interest of the administrator (improvement of the e-shop, analysis).

5. Recipients of personal data

We may share personal data with:

  • carriers and transport companies,
  • payment gateways,
  • an accounting firm or tax advisor,
  • marketing tools if you have given your consent.

  • We retain the data for the period necessary to fulfill the contract and legal obligations (10 years for accounting),
